Pricing

Intake (60 min)

$450 excluding 10% GST.
If appropriate, issuing a certificate will be charged separately.

Joint Mediation Session (3 hours)

$225 excluding 10% GST per person per hour plus an additional  one off $50 administrative fee per person to cover correspondence to organise the mediation session.

Additional costs can be charged due to a large volume of calls or other extra work that is done by the mediator outside of the mediation sessions.

60I Certificate

Admin fee for issuing certificate will be charged at AU $25 (excl. GST).

*For lawyer-assisted mediation, a different rate would apply. Send an email to admin@lifemediation.com.au to enquire.

Each person will be invoiced separately and the total bill is required to be paid in line with our payment terms.

Cancellation Policy:

• A $495 fee (incl. GST) will be charged if cancellation is made within 24 hours prior the scheduled intake session.
• For joint mediations, the party who cancels the booking within 24 hours prior the scheduled session will pay for the whole amount charged for that session.

Refund Policy:

• 50% of the payment will be refunded if you inform us 72 hours before your scheduled date about the cancellation.
