What do we discuss in the Free Consultation?

During your Free Consultation, a representative from your organisation can explain to Lisanne what the needs of the group are, what kind of work they do, what if any problems there are in the workplace, or anything else that you think is relevant for Lisanne to know.

Lisanne can then advise, based on the information she is given, what kind of conflict resolution training she believes will work best for your organisation, how much time you need to put aside to undertake the training (eg. half a day, a full day, two half days).

After our consultation call, Lisanne will tailor a course to the needs of your organisation that she will facilitate to ensure that the participants get the most value out of the training.

The final cost of our face-to-face trainings and workshops will depend on whether you would like a bespoke training as well as the size of your group.

During our free consultation call, these details will become clear and I can advise you on the cost prior to you finalising your booking.

You will be invoiced for the face-to-face workshop and payment is required prior to the workshop commencing.
